New Student Enrollment

We are excited to welcome families who are considering Pen Bay Christian School for their children. Our enrollment process gives families an opportunity to learn more about PBCS, connect with our school, and take the necessary steps toward enrollment.

Step 1 — Learn About PBCS
We invite you to learn more about our Christ-centered education, curriculum, and school community. If you would like to see our school and meet our staff, please contact us to schedule a visit.

Step 2 — Submit an Enrollment Application
When you are ready to begin the enrollment process, complete the 2026–2027 Enrollment Package and submit the required materials and fees. Our school office will provide information about the documents needed to complete your application.

Step 3 — Connect With the School
Once your application has been received, the school will review the information and contact your family regarding any additional steps that may be needed. This may include a meeting or other information to help us determine the appropriate placement for your student.

Step 4 — Complete Enrollment
Families will receive notification regarding the status of their application. Once a student is accepted, the school will provide the information needed to complete the enrollment process and prepare for the upcoming school year.

Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment is for current Pen Bay Christian School students who will be returning for the 2026–2027 school year.

Current PBCS families can complete the 2026–2027 Re-Enrollment Form to begin the enrollment process for the upcoming school year.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $4,600 per year, or $460 per month for 10 months. The first tuition payment is due by August 15.

Tuition Discounts

• Families who pay tuition in full by July 31 receive a 5% discount.
• Families with more than one child enrolled at PBCS receive a multi-child discount. The second child receives 25% off, and the third child and additional children receive 50% off the lower tuition rate.
